How to find your Ring Size
I use UK Ring sizes.
Wrap a strip of paper/string around your finger or knuckle. Hold snug and mark where it overlaps, unwrap & and measure its length.
I recommend picking the larger measurement even if it's the knuckle, otherwise you may struggle to put the ring on.
Then see the Chart for which letter the circumference corresponds to.

Or: measure the diameter of a ring you wear / you’ve seen them wear and multiply by 3.14 (π) = circumference (then see Chart).

Or: Ask a jewellery store to measure for you! Many will kindly do this.

A note on half-sizes: Some fingers can fit comfortably a couple of different size letters without any risk of the ring falling off or moving around.
I measure all rings on the measuring mandrel and include the half-sizes in my products when applicable. The differences between each letter size are about one millimetre and therefore half-sizes are not always necessary when measuring you own fingers, but I am sure you can gauge from the chart based on your measurements!
