SHIPPING
I only ship items to Australia currently.
We endeavour to primarily use Australia Post but may use other shipping providers if necessary. All purchases will be provided with a tracking number for you to see tracking updates. These can be viewed on the Australia Post website or app.

You may also receive updates via email if it has been provided but this is not guaranteed.
SITE CLOSURE AND BREAKS
During the occasional break, the site may either close temporarily to accommodate this, or cause shipping delays (during shorter breaks of less than a week). This will be notified to you via updates on the site, via my Instagram or via email.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Up to 2 weeks for Australia.

Our dispatch is up to 5 business days when busy, but typically within 2 business days is standard.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Occasionally tracking updates are delayed due to either machine, manual or driver error. If the item has not been dispatched yet, please contact me via email: jewellerybygen@gmail.com
If the item is dispatched and delayed due to Australia Post error, either you or I can contact Australia Post (or applicable shipping provider).

PACKAGING
All items are shipped in a small cardboard jewellery box for protection. This is mainly to protect the item during shipping and not ideal for long term storage.
Shredded paper mailers are used for shipping. These are recyclable, and reusable if suitable for your needs.
